Mutual respect for people of the world, recognising Diversity and striving to bring forth the elements of peace and justice between children of the World to help create a future that is not so war-torn is one of the prime objectives of Springdalian Education.

Springdales educates a wide and diverse population of students, and this Diversity is one of the institutions greatest strengths. Students are educated to believe in the inalienable right of a human being to live a life of dignity and equality.

In order to consolidate and build up upon this Diversity, the equality of opportunity and the eradication of unjust and unfair discrimination lies at the core of all school activities and should learn about how peoples of the world live amidst war, genocide, illiteracy, prejudice and poverty, so that they are able to realise that they have to work to eradicate these evils and create a more peaceful, just and sustainable future.

Everyone at Springdales demonstrates tolerance and acceptance for individual difference and abilities and celebrates differences. Education for Peace, justice and Human Rights, alongside an emphasis on gender equality, forms an essential part of the academic and co-curricular domain. Springdales place importance on the fact that students should learn to value the pluralism of our society of our society and should learn about how peoples of the world.
