A proper balance between scholastic and co-scholastic is achieved through a well-structured programme of activities planned in the school calendar. This programme develops creativity, confidence, innovation, entrepreneurship, empathy and hones the talents and strengths of each student required to meet the demands of today’s challenging world and global scenario.
All co-curricular actives and events are given equal weightage in the assessment of student performances and are a part of the daily schedule. Although co-curricular engagement exists and occurs outside the classroom, it reinforces classroom learning through creative and out of the box ways and has been found to enhance student academic performance and development.
Emphasis is laid on creativity, curiosity and problem solving, and each student is encouraged to participate at their own pace. Focus is put on collective endeavour and co-operation rather than individualistic competitive rivalries.
